Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product.

Once we have satisfied ourselves with their condition, you will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs.

Only the costs for returning from your home to urusakwater.com are for your own account. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates (make sure you properly insure the shipment).

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to urusakwater.com with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at: service@urusakwater.com.

The returned products should be in as pristine a state as possible and undamaged.

The right of withdrawal is not applicable for products that you buy through this webshop which are custom made according to your specifications (like for example the Urusak Water device stand in a specific non-standard material and color). The sale is final after successful payment.

In the event of breakage or other damage during shipment, you must first contact our customer service by sending an email to service@urusakwater.com or through our Contact page. Our customer service will organise a replacement for the product(s) in question.

Please do not send the package return to sender! It will not come to us directly, but will be left with the delivery company. There is a possibility that the package then becomes lost or returned to you. Please mail your complaint, name and order number to service@urusakwater.com. We aim to respond within 24 working hours.
